This is a two part review. First review based on impression and second part will be a future review when I try their food. Okay so first impression when I saw 14 North 108 East, I thought it was a western cafe until I read about it on Facebook being a Vietnamese cuisine (surprised). The name is long and hard to remember. Having been told by a few people that the phin coffee was not strong, I wanted to try it myself and I was disappointed. Not only was the ice coffee not strong enough it also didn’t taste like a Vietnamese coffee. If you like strong coffee, you don’t like this coffee. The price is reasonable for its size but not for the taste. Hopefully they will take on customers feedback and make nicer stronger coffee. To be continued... 15 Sep 2019, went for lunch and was happy to hear they offered beef pho because when it was opened it wasn’t on the menu . The pho was nicely cooked, generous amount of beef balls and beef slices. The price per bowl is $16 which is considered quite expensive compared to places in Cabramatta and Canley heights. Big improvements on the Vietnamese phin ice coffee, in fact I really liked it this time. The phin coffee milk (hot) was very nice as well but disappointed with the quantity as it’s only about 20-40ml after it’s finished dripping. I think the coffee is meant to be sipped on slowly which is what I did. The lunch bowls are worth the price for it’s proportion, we chose lemon grass chicken and beef in betel leaf (both with lime & chilli dipping sauce on the side). Breakfast: the big breakfast for $25 is value for money and can be shared between two people easily. Coffee definitely has improved lately, loving it every time! Portions have up sized but so has price, still happy to go when I’m at emeralds. This place has now gone from reasonable to unreasonable pricing. $24-26 for a bowl of pho, might as well go Cabramatta. The more you increase the less customers are likely to return.

Went for lunch...saw they had Singapore style Hainanese Chicken and Rice on menu, my favourite hawker centre food in Singapore. It was a generous serving reminiscent if the real deal but not quite the same. I still enjoyed it very much. The chicken and rice noodle dish was also very tasty. Server was very nice, very helpful and looked after us very nicely. Washed down the meal with a Saigon beer. Yes, I'd go back and sample more dishes for sure.

Large restaurant at Emerald Hills. We were quickly greeted and seated. Standard Vietnamese menu with some more vegetarian options and Thai options. Crispy chicken and tomato rice was good. Serving portion is larger than standard. Chicken was a little on the drier side but still very flavourful. Spring Rolls were cracker. Great flavour and depth with texture. Highly recommended then. The Pho was also a highlight with thinly cut beef. Tender, beefy and great umami. Overall very good and I'd definitely recommend you give them a go and see what dishes you like best.

Soft steak is cooked medium rate and is very easy to slice and enjoy. I recommend this. Presentation of each dish is done neatly and handed with care, without dropping onto the table noisily. The ambience in the restaurant is well balanced, no loud music, no rowdy people, soundproofing is just right. Floors, tables, and chairs are very clean. Great place for a date

This is not the first time we ate here but it always met our expectation! We love coming here when we crave Vietnamese food. This time I asked for there traditional Viet pancake, although they only serve it during dinner they accomodated my request and served it to us. We'll definetely coming back

Pho was delicious but the crispy skin chicken was quite dry. Upside is, they’re generous with their servings. A little expensive too compared to other viet restaurants.
